Allows you to insert the entire file or specific elements in the file.

To insert specific elements from a file:

1. Click the plus sign next to the file name and select the elements you want to insert. Hold down (in case of MAC)Command (/in case of MAC)(in other case)Ctrl(/in other case) to add to or Shift to expand your selection.
   ファイル名の横のプラス記号をクリックし、挿入したい要素を選択します。(in case of MAC)Command(/in case of MAC)(in other case)Ctrl(/in other case) キーを押しながら操作すると選択項目が追加されます。Shift キーを押しながら操作すると選択範囲を拡張できます。(par_id3150749.4)

2. If you want to insert the file as a link, select Link.
   リンク形式でファイルを挿入させたい場合は、リンク を選択します。(par_id3155962.5)

3. Click OK.
   OK をクリックします。(par_id3149255.6)

4. At the prompt, click Yes to scale the elements to fit on the slide or No to preserve the original size of the elements.
   スライドのサイズに合わせる場合は はい を、要素のオリジナルサイズを維持させる場合は いいえ をクリックします。(par_id3159236.7)
